Happy Valley Communications is a student-run public relations firm that exists to offer professional public relations services to the community of Penn State and national campaigns. Established in 2009, we seek to benefit students, faculty, and the community as we strengthen the relationships between the firm’s clients and the general public.
Happy Valley Communications (HVC) is a Penn State student organization that works to increase the experience of participating students. These students are expected to act in a professional manner and maintain professional standards when working with clients in order to create a model business environment.
